Pacamara
- Powerful aroma, often fruity & floral - most notably jasmine
- Sweet notes of chocolate, butterscotch & honey
- Various fruity and wine notes - citrus fruits, berries, etc.
- Complex, vibrant acidity - this is the most defining characteristic of Pacamara coffee
- Good, creamy body, usually in the medium to full range
Castillo
- Smoothness, aroma, and citric acidity.
- Flavor: Flower, apple, citrus
- Taste: Tropical fruit, apple, blackberry
- Aftertaste: Caramel, toast
- Sweetness: High
- Acidity: High
- Body: Medium
Catuai
- Catuai is known to have various flavor attributes and sensory properties depending on where it was grown and how it is roasted.
- 100% Catuai coffee is a mild to medium-bodied coffee, touched by a smooth, sweet finish with a hint of cardamom.
- You may also taste notes of chocolate, honey, almond, and other warm spices like nutmeg
